Best Western Mountainview Inn

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Golden, and a big part of that experience was thanks to Riza M. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome with her warm and friendly attitude. Riza went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her local recommendations truly made our trip special. The rooms are average but Riza’s customer service made it all worth it. She suggested we visit Reflection Lake and Mount 7 – both turned out to be absolute highlights of our stay. The views were breathtaking, and we wouldn't have known about these gems without her insider knowledge. Thank you, Riza, for your exceptional service and for making our stay memorable. You're a true asset to the hotel!

My husband and I needed a last minute place to stay due to poor road conditions, we drove over to the Best Western in Golden and they had a room available at at reasonable rate! The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was shiny clean and properly stocked. We enjoyed a good breakfast before hitting the road in the morning. Great hotel to take a break at!

We stayed four (4) nights at the Best Western Mountainview Inn. It was a very comfortable stay. We were warmly greeted by Darwin when we checked in. The room was large, nicely outfitted with a microwave & mini fridge, & spotlessly clean. The pool was a decent size, large enough for laps, & the pool, deck, sauna & washroom were immaculate. The breakfast had a good range of options & the dining area was kept clean & tidy. It is evident that the property is well cared for & scrupulously maintained. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. We had a very reasonable rate too.

We had a suite to fit 6. Nice and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the potatoes! Very busy breakfast area. The location is a little weird. It's behind another hotel and it backs up to train tracks, but I didn't notice any train noise at night (we also had noise machines so I'm sure that helped). Not much of a view from our room, either, but we were only really there long enough to sleep.

Very comfortable stay, beds were great, pool unfortunately was pretty cold but the sauna worked for me. Breakfast was great as well. Will stay again. View of mountains was nice in morning as well

Great hotel, staff is always friendly. Appreciate the truck parking lot. Always nice to know I don’t have to worry about parking. Unlike other hotels in the area. Thank you to the staff for always being ready when I walk in my home away from home every week.

Riza was amazing at check-in! We received a phone call the next day, an hour into our journey. We had forgotten our laptop! We arranged pick up by UPS, Harry packaged it up to be ready next day. We are so impressed with this level of customer service! Highly recommend this accommodation.

Rooms were very clean and nicer. Breakfast was good and staff was pretty friendly. Only downside was no hot tub Also, there were a lot of kids in the lobby yelling and throwing stuff at 7am when we were there.
